Beautiful drive to wondrous Sahara!
Diane Delaronde –
We returned to Morocco primarily to see the Sahara and even the drive was beautiful. Frequent and interesting stops led us to the mystical Sahara. To go from private SUV to 4×4 to camel is an experience nobody should miss. The Sahara at sunset and again at sunrise was stunningly beautiful. Rose gold coloured sand, deafening silence, openness for miles, photographer guides, and sweet camels captivated us until we arrived at the camp. Adorned with sparkling lanterns and rich carpets we gladly enjoyed mint tea. This was movie worthy! The night ends with gourmet dinner in the restaurant snd dancing around a fire to live music. Can’t get any better!
